I have been attending Bloom Wellness Center since it opened, utilizing personal training with Lisa. She is a great instructor and is always patient with me yet challenges me to be a better person physically, which in turn helps me in an emotional way as well. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I have heard nothing but positive things about Bloom Wellness, and have noticed that they offer a wide variety of opportunities for health and wellness for all ages. If you are looking for such a place to help make yourself better, I hope you will strongly consider checking it out!

I have been a member of Bloom for a little over a year. I have attended classes at many studios previously and this one is by far the best I have been to. I have taken almost every class the studio offers from level 1 yoga to acro, including numerous small group personal training sessions. Classes range from gentle to very challenging. A few months into my membership I was surprised to find that I had lost about 5 lbs… from yoga alone! That said be prepared to be challenged if that is what you are looking for. However, if you are looking for a gentle class there are plenty of those too. I have taken classes from every instructor at Bloom and love them all. Each has a little something different to offer to help me grow in my practice and achieve my goals. The other students in class are also so welcoming to new students which makes this more like a community then a typical fitness studio. I have made more friends here in 1 year than I have in my own neighborhood in 7 years. I highly recommend Bloom and all the people that make it such a wonderful place!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio.
I came to Bloom as a non-​yoga-​person. I went to several classes taught by teachers with amazing patience, humility, and understanding, as well as great talent to boot. They’re constantly offering something new– regular level 1 classes, handstand workshops, acro-​yoga, kids yoga, guided group meditation, and everything in-​between.
Terrific place for beginners, seasoned yogis, meditation, healing, and simple self-​reflection, or those who just want to know what it’s all about.
Not your usual pretentious yoga studio– a place to call home for sure. All are welcome.

I have been a member of Bloom Wellness Center for over year and a half. I have taken advantage of all of the services at the center, including yoga and kids yoga, personal training, small personal training, acupuncture and massage. If you are looking to build strength and sweat, the small personal training classes are a good much for you. If you want one on one attention you should try a personal session with Lisa ! She has designed my workouts with my specific goals in mind. When it comes to yoga, there is variety of classes that you can enjoy no matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advance. Many modifications are given and the teachers care. You can’t find that in the gym, believe me. I have been there. The teachers are knowledgable and so wonderful and so as the fellow members. Whenever I go I always feel welcomed. My son who is 8 years old loves the kids yoga classes and he adores his teacher Mary. If you are looking for a massage Rachel is wonderful. I highly recommend Bloom wellness center ! I love it and you will love it too !

If you are looking for a yoga studio that is warm and inviting, this is the place. Lisa is one of the best yoga teachers around. The other members of this studio are wonderful too. Lisa also offers personal training which I took advantage of. She spends time creating workouts for her clients to help achieve specific goals. I love this studio!

Amazing studio! All the staff is friendly and knowledgable. They give you the best of both worlds when it comes to your yoga and fitness needs. Whether you join a relaxing and mindful yoga practice or a fun and effective fitness class, you will leave feeling refreshed and satisfied!

I was looking for a good intense workout and purchased 1 small group personal training session in February and it was NOT worth $ 25. There were 3 of us and the personal trainer basically set up stations and looked at her stop watch and told us when it was time to move to next station. There was no individual attention given. There was no help with form. The room was very small and hot. Limited circulation. I’ve gotten MUCH better workouts in large group fitness classes for $ 7-​$ 10. I was extremely disappointed and it was NOT worth 25 bucks!
Maybe the place is good for other offerings but I would NOT recommend the small group personal training to anyone.

Great place! All yoga classes are wonderful. Lisa is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. She can get you into «yoga mode» without saying anything, but is very involved and helpful in the class. The way she manipulates and improves your poses with her wording is amazing. She will accommodate newbies, pros, you name it. You will feel comfortable there and smiling when you walk out.
The studio is well kept, warm, and serene. I love it. Highly recommended!

Carlos Carpintero helped me a lot through at least eight courses of acupuncture. He was referred to me by a friend, who also really liked his practice. He listens really well to patients, definitely specializes the care based on your individual health needs and concerns, and is very good at what he does. I recommend him, he is great!

I had an amazing massage with Katie. She’s truly great and gave a very relaxing and restoring deep tissue. I am going to get acupuncture with Carlos tomorrow. The studio is small and you have to go down some stairs to get there (there isn’t great signage), but once you go once and figure it out, you’ll be fine. Friends have attended yoga classes with Lisa and I’m looking forward to trying that as well. Seems like a great, not too pricey, neighborhood wellness center.
