I, too, had a difficult time getting a call back from leaving messages. But, I did finally (right after I complained to Groupon). It was worth the wait. The massage therapist was great.

My daughters bought me a massage at Bodies In Balance as a birthday gift through Groupon. I called to make an appointment at least 6 times, left a message each time, and never received a call back. Finally I called Groupon because the coupon was expiring. I finally received a call but missed it, and he left a voice mail. I called back but again no return call. The coupon expired shortly after that. He took my daughters money and never provided the service. Isn’t that stealing?

Small location but very nice staff. Had to cancel several times (even past the expiration date of my voucher) but they were great in working with me to make sure I came in for a massage. Strong little hands working away stress, soothing music, kinda chilly room though, but all in all a very pleasant experience!

The chiropractor is well experienced and very knowledgable with his job. Helps you improve with overall physical health. Never rushed appointment and spends time to help his clients. Flexible appointment scheduling. The massage therapist is excellent! My shoulders and back pain have improved tremendously! Clean facility, courteous staff. I have brought my entire family here for treatment and we are all very satisfied and will continue to come here.

I stopped in to Bodies in Balance because I saw the office when I was driving by one day. I woke up with a stiff neck and it didn’t get better throughout the day. I decided to go in for treatment. Thank god I did because I feel sooo much better. Thanks Dr. Lo!!!
