Great place! Really delicious pizza! The staff is very friendly. The portion sizes are large. We have been here twice. Both positive experiences!

A must visit whenever I am in the North Conway/Mt. Washington area. It may not look like much from the outside. But the charcoal grilled burgers and crispy fries are worth it. I got the buffalo burger and it tasted great.

Pizza was delicious and the pie was great. I was greeted with a friendly waitstaff that assisted my party. The food was paired with a nice choice of a few local draft beers. The game was playing in the flat screen. We where all happy with our experience here.

Stopped in here on a recent trip to North Conway since my in-laws love to eat here. I was a little dubious based on the outside appearance of the restaurant and the tacky-looking sign, but once you get inside it’s a completely different experience. I thought the cabin décor was very well done, it felt homey but not too cluttered. The server was great, very friendly and answered a few questions we had about some menu items. I ended up ordering a personal pizza, while the rest of my party got burgers. Usually I don’t expect great things when I order pizza and I’m not at «a pizza place» — but lo and behold, my pizza was amazing! I think it was called the«Alpine», and it was a white pizza with olive oil, garlic, three or four kinds of cheeses, and spinach. And it was PERFECT. It was cooked evenly, nice and bubbly and browned on top, tasted great, and the garlicky crust was fantastic. I definitely recommend you go for the pizza! The people who got burgers really liked that this place chops up the bacon instead of just putting strips on. It made for a burger with evenly distributed bacon in every bite, and you’d never get an undercooked slice that you couldn’t bite through. We also overheard the folks at the table behind us, who had ordered some sort of seafood plate, saying that the cornbread that came with it was THEBEST cornbread they’d ever had in their lives. So I know what I’m trying next time!

Wonderful comfort food! We were visiting Conway for few days and decided to give Cabin Fever a try on this rainy Sunday. What a cute place. The interior is really charming and the wait staff/owners were so welcoming. I had the clam strips(note I’m from RI so know from clam strips) and these were yummy. The coleslaw and corn bread were home made and equally yummy. My husband ordered the lobster mac and cheese(I think this is horrible thing to do to a lobster) but I had a bite and I was delicious. My husband loved it. Both dishes were huge and did the trick on a cold, rainy day.

Cabin Fever is so good we can’t wait to go back. We stay at the Notchland Inn(which is also awesome, but they don’t serve lunch and some nights they don’t serve dinner) but grabbing a meal at Cabin Fever is always great. The seafood platters whether shrimp, clams, scallops, etc. are all fresh and they really know how to fry seafood properly. Nothing is oily or tastes of stale oil. Portions are large and the service is friendly. What a treat to go there.

My family and I went on a road trip to the white mountains today just for fun. I always try and look for a «mom and pop» restaurant. We did! A cozy little restaurant with amazing service. Our food came out hot and delicious. 80.00 for 4 people but the quantity of food was plentiful. The pepperoni pizza was literally covered in pepporoni. Homemade pies too! Will definitely visit again

I visit New Hampshire several times a year and I always like to try local restaurants each time. I’ve driven by Cabin Fever plenty of times and it always caught my eye. We decided to finally try them out so we went with the cold lobster rolls. The fries are some of the best I’ve had in NH, so crispy and perfect. Lobster roll was on point with plenty of lobster meat on a decent size roll(not a hot dog bun). The girls working were polite, the order was done fast and overall everything was great. This is definitely a new favorite spot!

Food was good. Would have gotten a better rating but I had a fountain drink with my meal and when I asked the waitress if I could get a refill to-go she tried to charge me. Usually anywhere you go they are happy to give you a refill to-go especially when you drop $ 70 for lunch

Good for basics such as soup or burger. Fried food is overly battered and too expensive for the quality. Recent dinner for two that shared a seafood platter amounted to a bill over $ 50.

Amazing flame broiled burgers and awesome fries. Does not look like much from the outside, but definitely worth the stop if heading to Mount Washington. Don’t forget to try the pie!

Food was fine. I left my wallet in the car and asked my wife to go get it for me. Waitress flipped out and snatched the check out of my hand. She thought that we were going to run away without paying the check. Creeped us out. Got into a fight with my wife over it. Ruined our day. Thanks creepy waitress. If you keep driving east for about ten minutes, you hit a big town with every restaurant under the sun and an outlet mall too.

This place was absolutely amazing! The service was phenomenal and the food was great! We got a hot dog and a grilled chicken sandwich. I would definitely recommend both! Try the pie!!! The owners are incredibly sweet! If you are passing through, you must grab a bite to eat!

Definitely worth the drive. Best burger and fries that I have had in the valley. And you can talk to each other in the laid back environment. Can’t wait to eat the pie that we are taking home.

I don’t give many 5 stars, but this place checks all the right boxes. Good food, great waitstaff, good menu selection, cold beer. This place is one of those places that you come back to because it feels like home. It’s very clean, and very New Hampshire. Locals and ski bums… this is a great place. Oh and my boys love the pizza… can’t forget that…

LOVE stopping here when driving through. They have the BEST hot buttered lobster roll. Great French fries and don’t miss the homemade pie. The owners and staff are pleasant and helpful. It’s a hidden gem I’m Bartlett… near North Conway, NH

We were on a recent vacation to North Conway and on our way to Attitash we stopped at the cabin fever to eat. The Décor was very cute and creative, it was a small place definitely gave you that outdoorsy feel. The homemade pies look terrific although we did not try them. All the meals were great! It was a little bit more pricey than I would’ve expected. Service was attentive and quick.
