Two words: DATACAP It doesn’t matter what tier of service you’re getting, you’re going to be capped. It doesn’t make any sense that someone paying for really fast Internet should be punished for using what they paid for. Boycott this worthless company.

Awful company with no customer service, wasted my whole day in line. I’d give it –5 stars if I could! They keep on cycling broken equipment, so when I had the cable box replaced, the replacement box didn’t work either. How many more days do I have to waste dealing with this?

These people love what they do. They have no problem striking a conversation to get to know you as a person, and make you feel like a valued customer. Every time I have come here, I have been greeted with smiles and bubbly personalities. They have fun together, and work as a team to help customers. Horror stories about Comcast and their customer service does not apply here. These people are amazing. Margaret and Niecy(sp?) are my favorites. When I see that they are working, my day is made. No more need to dread going to the Comcast building. SMILESFOREVERYONE!

I can tell you that I was totally dreading stepping foot in this place due to the horror stories I’ve been told about their customer service. I’m here to tell you that it was the best experience I have had in customer service in a very long time. Comcast has stepped up their game! For starters, moving is a very stressful thing. I ordered my cable service online. The equipment never arrived(not this service center’s fault) so I was forced to go into the brick and morter service center. They knew I was in a hurry so they bent over backwards trying to get everything i needed asap. Super friendly team with a service centered attitude! Very rare these days so kudos to this team!
