Ive used this cleaners for the past couple of years. Always and on time and a great job. The prices are decent as well

I’ve used them for two years and I won’t be back. They ruined a top that was lace they said it would be no problem but maybe that was a language issue. The top was ruined and a totally different color. They still insisted on payment and had a arrogant response of Oh I don’t know we just cleaned it. Very poor service…

I no longer live in Bartlett but Crystal Cleaners was my regular go-​to cleaners when I did live there. The location is in a very rural strip mall area; next door to a Filipino grocery store. A bit random in terms of location but nonetheless great service!
As someone who needs clothes constantly altered and dry cleaned on a regular basis; it’s important that I have a reliable dry cleaner. Jane was always so courteous and wonderful with alterations and my dry cleaning.
In fact, this particular cleaners offered great discounts and incentives for both new and loyal customers. They gave me 20% off the first time– which is generous in my opinion. I never got this with other cleaners nearby or the discount was significantly less. I believe they also do free home deliveries and pick-​up because Jane mentioned it to me before but I can’t comment on this particular service as I have never used it.
They are very accommodating. I’ve often had them do last-​minute dry-​cleaning for special events and they would take my clothes without any complaint. Jane would just smile and say «no problem»! They also cleaned my leather bags and would take back the wire hangers free of charge. I highly recommend this cleaner as someone who went there for 5+ years.

Jane and her husband, the owners, have been doing our dry cleaning for many years. They always do a great job at a fair price and always on time. Jane is also an excellent seamstress and has altered many garments for us and even repaired some of my motorcycle gear and luggage. Highly recommended.
