My neighbor referred Dyna Systems to me for my carpet cleaning. I was impressed with the job they did at her house so I called them and set up my appointment. The 2 gentlemen that came out to my house were on time and professional. I explained to them that my carpet was approx. 25 years old and I had 2 dogs so I really wasn’t expecting the carpet to look brand new. When they were done the carpets looked fantastic!!! I was very impressed… they will definitely be getting my business again.

So I receive a flyer from Dyna Systems delivered to my house. I call to set up an appt. 1st Problem. My stairs are extra $ 32. Fine, willing to pay it. 2nd problem, after making sure they come to my area, they tell me «oh yeah, it will be an extra $ 20 for us to come to your area». Really? Then why have mailings come to my house and why didn’t you tell me that first when I asked if you did cleaning in my area! I guess we’ll never know how good they are at cleaning carpets!
