In the mood for a bagel sammie. I had the Turkey on pumpernickel bagel. Really good and side order of potato salad. They also sell bagels by the dozen, egg sammies, flavored coffee and so much more. My first time here and wont be my last. Anyone in the mood for a bagel sandwich, make sure you stop by

I used to be a regular, but I won’t be coming back for quite some time. I’ve seen cockroaches on several occasions, and flies on the bagels. Perhaps the staff needs a training class with the health dept. because they did NOT perform proper restaurant cleanliness. The staff needs better customer service training, as on my last visit, I was completely ignored for over 10 minutes (I was the only one in line) so I eventually left. I hope they can turn this around because I’ve always liked going to Einsteins.

I love this place and wish it was here years ago. It is always CLEAN, even when it is on the crowded side. Very well organized in getting the bagels. The workers are so nice and have a ready smile when they greet you. You can sign up on their site and they send you their specials, even at times, a coupon! Being from New York City, these bagels are like the City’s! Excellent! I have not tried anything else but a co-​worker has and she had no complaints. Just absolutely love this place!

First bagle shop in Bartlett, that I’m aware of. Hot fresh and delicious coffee. Great bagels and fast and friendly service. I’ve been here several times in the short time they have been open. This time was a pleasure.

Love this place! I agree with Sara F., been to other EBB & this is one of the best. Employees are ALWAYS so happy, helpful, and nice. Just went in to get a coffee to start my Monday morning & the smiling face behind the counter said, «this one is on me, it’s a Monday». What a great way to start a week!!! Thank you!!!

I’ve come into contact with so many people like myself and my children who’ve experienced food poisoning after eating at this location. I had the bagel with lox and my children had plain bagels. Can you believe after a plain bagel they were extremely ill?! Lets not go into detail what I went through. Yikes!
We definitely won’t be back.

I have been to a lot of Einstein Bros Bagels and this location is one of the best. This location just opened a week ago so many of the employees are still learning the menu and register which can lead to a few snags when ordering but their friendliness and willingness to make everything right far outweighs any problems. The bagels are delicious, the sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is delicious. They also have salads, but I haven’t tried them yet. The seating area is on the small side, so early morning and lunchtime can get a bit crowded. However, they do have a drive-​through, so you can easily get orders to go. They also offer free wifi and it’s a pretty fast connection. I love this place!
