Emko does a great job cleaning carpets. I thought we needed to buy new carpet but because our young dog has «accidents», etc. My Mom suggested well get the carpet cleaned 1st. Great idea — the carpets look brand new! Emko is reliable and gets the job done.

Great customer service! Emko distinguished himself when I initiated a call to inquire about cleaning my elderly uncle’s carpet following a large water spill. He took time to ask questions so that he understood the extent of the problem and our expectations for cleaning. He then gave me a detailed explanation of the process he would use to clean and deodorize the carpet. He quoted the price over the phone. No surprises! Realizing that we wanted to take care of this quickly, Emko agreed to clean the carpet on a Sunday morning. He provided a reminder the day before and showed up exactly as planned for the appointment. He communicated with me when he had finished and was leaving my uncle’s home. Emko clearly went above and beyond! We were very pleased with his work and work ethic. He was kind and fair. How refreshing!

Emko did a great job on our carpet cleaning. He was on time and professional. He also took his time to do a good job, didn’t rush the cleaning. After he even stayed and explained to us how to get rid of certain stains to keep our carpets looking great longer. He also wore shoe covers and put blankets under his equipment to keep our home as clean as possible.

Great cleaning.
We have a 5 year old carpet, a 4 yr old boy and 2 dogs. The carpets weren’t so much dirty as much as they needed a thorough cleaning. We were worried about possible allergens hiding in the carpet. Looked around on the internet and found Emko’s cleaning. Read all the testimonials and I must say that they are all true. Emir was very easy to schedule, very nice to work with. This isnt the cheapest carpet cleaning that I have gotten done. In fact, prices are comparable to larger cleaners but Emir does a great job, is easy to work with and didn’t leave our carpets soaking wet like other cleaners hired previously. He used natural products which was a huge requirement for us and delivered what he had promised efficiently.
We are very happy with the cleaning an would gladly recommend Emir.
