I was a customer here for several years. Id bring my two kids with me as well. Staff is great! I had a mailing from a competitor advertising a buzz cut for two dollars less. Staff would not honor the flier because it had no end date. It had no end date because it was not a sale, just a regular price. Staff told me they cannot honor as owner will take it out of their check. Not wanting to hurt those who work hard, I paid my bill, tipped $ 9 for three cuts, and gave my name and number to staff asking her to have the manager/​owner call me and explain the policy to me as she was not there. Stylist flat out said, she doesn’t care enough to call you back. I told her that was fine. I now patronize the nearby competitor because ownership could not even bothered to call a customer. Not only will I no longer go here, I will make sure to share my experience with any potential customer that will listen.
Zero stars if I could for ownership who instilled fear in the staff and knows nothing about customer service!

Service is quick and the price is right. What else is there to ask for? They are open late — til 9 PM which is helpful during the week as I can take care of work and errands and still get my hair cut.

Why not go to a place where they cut your hair in less than 10 minutes for only 6 dollars? If you don’t get a wait or the new guy that just got hired (he’s pretty slow), you’ll be out in a jiffy! Also, I would advise going in the early mornign when there is less of a wait.
