From what I understand… there is some negative hype around this barn. However, I decided to not let that deter me from going and taking a lesson here, as this is one of the few barns in the area that seems to have lessons at very flexible times, seven days a week, summer or winter! Huge plus right there for those of us who do not own horses. I went for my first lesson after many years of being absent from riding. I very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff is very friendly and personable, they love their horses. They take things seriously with their riders in that they know which of their school horses is best for beginners and which ones are better for those who have begun to get more experienced. I saw another reviewer said something about underage teachers… I haven’t seen that as of yet, as my instructor has been riding longer than I have been alive. She knows what she is talking about and she was able to help me with some of my traditional tough spots in only 30 min. Kudos to her, she is wonderful! Another note… the people who own horses and board them here seem very happy with the establishment. I would take that as a good sign since no one is going to board their horse somewhere that isn’t a good place! I am definitely going back for more lessons– try this place out and see for yourself what it is really like. Other things to note: you can borrow headgear here if you don’t have any– big plus!

The day camps for kids are great. My daughter and nephew love it here! After 1st day she said she wanted to come back everyday. Staff appears to be warm and kind, took pictures of my kids and texted me from the camp upon request so I don’t have to stay.
