My whole family uses John for all our home improvement projects. He does kitchens, baths, garages, has an awesome electrician that he works with for all electrical needs. Can lighting, floors, doors/​windows, chimneys/​siding…
John is a pleasure to work with. He communicates everything clearly up front, and during the process, engaging you in decisions and making sure you’re well informed before making a decision. He was able to fix a cosmetic issue we had with our new dishwasher that was smaller than the previous and exposed the sub floor. He cut a piece of wood and stained it to match the existing floor.
Highly recommend him. I’ve gone through (3) contractors before John and am well aware the issues that can be experienced. John does everything to code, handles permits, and is very knowledgeable on local area building codes, maintaining working relationships with the local building inspectors.

John was very nice and friendly, came out right away for an estimate, on a Wednesday. I was told I would have an estimate by the next Monday, two weeks later I heard nothing so I contacted him. I was told a lot of work was in so I should receive my estimate soon. A month has gone by and I never heard from the company again with an estimate. Extremely disappointed with the fact that no one followed through and ever contacted me. No one ever called to apologize for the delay, nothing, I was just never contacted again.

ReliaBuild (John) provide the Highest and Best quality of work for job that I hired him. ReliaBuild service is unique from others where the owner is physically involved and did estimate onsite rather than on the phone. Estimate is very detail and accurate so I am comfortable to sign the contract that I know for sure there is no hidden cost or surprises. John follow up with call and check if things that he fixed has no issue. He made 2^nd trip to ensure the new faucet he installed was not leaking. He is very responsible for his work. I would highly recommended people to hire him.
