This is a corporate Sprint location. I had set up a transaction with a rep on the phone that required me to go to a corporate location to complete. However, the manager at this location was just complaining the entire time how he couldn’t do it even though he could clearly see the notes on my account. Not a solutions oriented individual, he preferred to complain and make up excuses. I left with my transaction incomplete and persuaded Sprint on the telephone to complete it.
