This is a great place to get your nails done. But they don’t make you feel welcome. I feel like I’m walking into a Seinfeld episode where they speak a different language and their talking about me.

Came back today to get a Manicure but was really disappointed. We walked in and no one said anything to us. They saw us and looked back down. Usually they ask you want you are doing and to sign in but today they didn’t say anything. We signed in and sat down to wait. 20 minutes passed and no one came to ask us anything. The 30 minutes passed so we just got up and left. This was one of my favorite places to do my nails but I will not go back here. Rude!!!

Always a necessary stop when I visit my hometown! The pedicures last forever and the nail technicians are professional and engaging. The selection of colors is better than most places. It is always clean and I never have to worry about leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed. Today I came home for my baby shower and smudged my pinky toe nail as I was getting into my car. The technicians immediately fixed it and we’re happy to do so. Love this place!

Been my regular place for a while and they are nice. But there are a couple nail techs who I think can care less. Which stinks. It brings the quality down. I’m just unhappy there right now and am going to a new salon next time. John, who is the owner, does the best job. So if you do visit, ask for him to do your nails.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I walked in and nobody said a word to me, so I signed in and picked my polish and sat down. Sitting waiting for about 10 ten minutes and then finally someone says«you want a pedicure?» «I said yes and she looked away. Okkkkk… 15 more minutes passes and she says«ok, you can come back now.» She turns the water on, I sit down and put my feet in. Can you guess what happens? Either A) the water was a nice warm comfortable temperature or B) the water was almost ice cold. For those of you that guessed B, you are correct. I glance around at people while soaking in cold water and see a few people getting pedicures that are almost done. and then they went to get manicures as well. Every single person in there was busy in the middle or beginning of a project. About 10 minutes pass and I decide I’m leaving this joint. Luckily there was a towel at the bottom of the chair, so I didn’t have to walk out with soaking wet feet. I get up, dry my feet without looking back. For those of you keeping track at home, that accumulation of time was about 35 minutes of just pure waiting, almost ice cold water, and a very frustrated and non relaxed Megan.
