I’ve been studying JKD under Sifu Nik Farroqui for a number of years and his knowledge and passion is evident in every class with his students. He has a great ability to teach his students the art of self defense and gaining a great workout at the same time. I continue to grow as a practitioner and highly enjoy being part of Ballistic!

I have been a student of Sifu Nik for several years. I followed him from a former school that he taught at, to his current and personal school; Ballistic Fighting Methods. As a female and a massage therapist, I feel it’s very important to have the knowledge and tools of how to protect myself. I believe that that the Female Self Defense classes he offers are a must for every woman.
What’s great about Nik’s methods is that they are practical, straight forward and very natural to perform. There are no fancy or confusing techniques to remember. It’s very empowering to know that if I were to find myself in a situation where I am in danger, I have the confidence and skills to get out!
If you’re looking to go beyond the female self defense classes and amp up your training for more combat situations, then the Jeet Kune Do classes will take the techniques you’ve learned to another level. You learn many areas of defense and combat right away, plus get a butt-​kicking work out at the same time. I would recommend Ballistic Fighting Methods to anyone who wants to learn true self defense!

Just finished working with Sifu Nik and I was not disappointed. Talk about a good work out while learning a real world martial art. I really enjoyed Nik’s methodology. He challenged me, but never made me feel inferior. He really knows how to instruct. I have been to several martial art shools and this one has to rank as my favorite. With Ballistic Methods nice clean workout area, friendly students, and its first rate instruction you cannot go wrong. I can’t wait to get back for another lesson.
