Online photos of the this hotel cutoff the left side, which was boarded up when we visited Spring of 2015. I reviewed this hotel on TripAdvisor immediately after my stay. Having just joined Unilocal,I felt the need to warn others because my experience was THAT bad. When I pulled into the parking lot, after seeing a boarded up portion of building, a seedy-​looking exterior, and shady looking people in the parking lot, I immediately looked up the cancellation policy and other options in the area. My husband talked me into sucking it up bc other families from my son’s soccer team were staying here. The interior of this hotel has probably never been updated. It’s old. It’s dirty. It’s smoky and smelly. I actually cried because we had to sleep here for two nights. Our bathroom was grungy. The carpet was so disgusting you didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. Anytime that you moved in bed, the stench of smoke came at you like a cloud. The towels, bedding, and shower curtain were old and smelly. My children reeked of smoke. When we got home, I wanted to burn anything that we had brought into that hotel. It was the nastiest place I’ve EVER stayed. And we were absolutely ripped off at $ 150/​night bc it was a soccer tourney weekend. I’d rather sleep in my car. DO NOT STAY HERE! I also suspect they have friends/​family or fake accounts post positive reviews on these sites, because they all come in after negative reviews are posted and sound suspiciously the same. Beware.

If you want to enjoy your stay, go somewhere else. The bathroom was the biggest problem.
Mold all over the walls and around the shower and smelled terrible of urine! We sprayed Lysol repeatedly and it didn’t help at all.
Room service didn’t come until 6:00pm.
The pool area was moldy, dirty, and sweaty. The chlorine burned there was so much. There was dried vomit on a door going to the pool area for all 3 days we stayed there.
Couldn’t wait to get home to a clean bathroom and bed! This place needs a major remodel and some hard core cleaning! We wanted to try the restaurant in the hotel but couldn’t bring ourselves to do it because of the association!
