Poke-A-Nose Pottery

This is a great pottery studio! I took my 3-​year old niece, and there were plenty of age appropriate pieces for her. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Staff was good, as was the time we had. Prices are what will keep us from going back. 5 kids– each a med sized item and a tiny item to paint $ 156.00.

I have been to Poke-​A-​Nose Pottery many times; wine and tarot card night with the girls is my favorite. This is such a relaxing craft to do that you can cherish forever. You dont need to be artistic at all. Kelly and Jason are very friendly and helpful.

Seriously, what FUN have you had with your kids that your kids are reminded of every time you all eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Go have FUN and paint something cool (YES – that means YOU the parent should paint, plus the kids because it is more memorable and fun for the kids when mom and dad paint! Don’t say you don’t know HOW to paint because you don’t have to be good at it)!
Paint cups, bowls, and plates. Paint large serving bowls and serving plates for potluck dishes or housewarming gifts or gifts for grandma and grandpa. You will have fun memories that will last a lifetime! All those funny quotes you read on Facebook? Paint them on your pottery. Make a travel mug and everyone at work will want one just like it! Sell yours and then make another one!
Nope, I don’t work at this place, nor am I related to the owners in any way. I don’t even live in PA anymore. However, I bet my family has at least 30 pieces of pottery from here, and I haven’t live there for over 4 years. I am just a serious raving fan of this small family-​owned business. The owners pour their heart and hippie souls into this shop. Don’t just go here once. Go here frequently. Go here several times a month. Don’t buy a new dinnerware set. PAINT a new dinnerware set! At the same time you will support a true local small business and create lifetime memories for your family. It’s a great hobby, and quite therapeutic! :)

Love this place! Jason and Kelly are helpful and so nice. I’ve come alone, with groups of friends and for wine & design nights… all have been a blast!
