They are the most Professional company I have ever dealt with. Jacuzzi Julie is one of the top hot tub installers in the world. She has won 13 Jacuzzi International Design awards! Was featured on the cover of Aqua magazine for her abilities. I believe Ajax has also won Jacuzzi Hot Tub’s Exceptional Customer Service Award for 10 years running. My experiance with them was amazing. I love my hot tub. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality spa.

Absolutely the worst people in the world to deal with. very unprofessional. .dealt with a warranty issue on a 10 k tub for over a year with no resolve. steer clear of this business.
