Ten phone calls transpired between me and Aspen Upholstery. On the 8th, we finally made an appointment. No one showed, no one called.
No matter what the reason, a call to say, «You’re job’s too small,» or, «Sorry, we’re busy,» would have been a common courtesy. I’m afraid these people have none.
