Our AC unit was struck by lightning. It took Earl Bryant 5 trips out to our house to properly diagnose the problem, and repeated trips after that to correct their shoddy install job. My husband and I both work full time, so this was a huge inconvenience for us to leave work to meet up with them each time. Each time someone came out it was a new person, so we were constantly re-​explaining things. One multiple occasions they didn’t even have the freon levels correct, which caused issues. To me this seems like a relatively simple part of the process. I would never recommend this company. This review was written a year and a half after the lightning strike and I’m still irritated.

They do very good work. I had an issue with my AC vents, they fixed it very quickly and were very polite and professional. Highly recommend Earl Bryant Heating and AC.

My ac\heating problems started over a year ago. They said they «fixed» my ac/​but then I said I wouldn’t have any heat. Winter time comes and they come turn on my heat now it’s summer again and guess what my a/​c doesn’t work. So they come out charge me 90 bucks and say they fixed it! It’s still 90 degrees in my house!
