Overpriced… Didn’t complete job… Hired another plumber… BBB complaint filed and unanswered

We had a serious plumbing issue pop up, with first our dishwasher and then our kitchen sink leaking water all over the place. The sink connection had actually been forced off because we’d developed a stoppage somewhere in the house. Curcio was able to come out later the same day. Ken snaked the line first with one (thicker) snake, then another (thinner but higher torque) snake. It looked grim, with the need to come back the next day and start punching holes in the ceiling of our finished basement to try and get at the spot in the line that was a problem. But Ken persevered with the thicker snake and broke through — seems the other had done the equivalent of a starter drillbit hole.
Never was I so glad to pay so much for a home repair — as I was starting to fear a huge and incredibly messy endeavor. In addition to the line, Ken did other work to support the line that had given way and try to avoid a recurrence. Highest marks!
