Andrew M you forgot to tell people you have a modified high performance car and bypassed components by putting a makeshift kit on your own to get 5 more horse power out of engine. Your review also isn’t telling people what was else was needed that you declined on previous repairs. Be fair this is a great shop with honest people

Its ok for your common fixes for your common car. I was purplexed when i needed a belt changed and it would screech over 3k rpms. Its a high pèrformance car. Why wasnt it tested before i picked up the car and found out on my own the next day? I had other work done to it and paid a pretty penny for the sevice. Two cars at the same time. Almost 2 grand in charges and i get a screechy belt?
On my other car while the motor was being worked on i got a quote of 500 bucks to change a water pump. Huh??? the part is only 35 bucks!!! Ofcourse i declined since my bill was already at over 1200 bucks!!! Pricey???

This place is a well kept secret! My son and I, both burdened with old cars, had our cars fixed here. the mechanic is 100% honest. My son and I were both 100% satisfied with our cars… i will continue to bring my car here as long as DGS Auto remains in business! I can’t speak highly enough of this repair shop.
