The people are so nice here but the stock is never updated weekly Some days you can come in and the Revlon is empty the cover girl is empty the Maybelline is empty and there’s a lip liners on the floor!!! I’m still waiting for my lipstick to come in The milk is always bad here Why must I always use a coupon and why must I always use the card to get a discount it’s ridiculous!!! The one in Basking Ridge near Burnettsville is much nicer!

Since their renovation, it has been been much more pleasant to go there. Easier to find items on the shelves since the organization of products is now logical and systematic. I haven’t tried out their pharmacy yet, but will give it a try. If it is a good experience, will upgrade my review to 5 stars.

Rite Aid has been newly remodeled(maybe a couple of months now). The new store is significantly nicer than the previous. The shelves are all low and pretty looking. The floor is newly tiled. The pharmacy set up is also new. The people are still the same people and are so-so in their customer service skills. They used to have really really good pharmacists, but they were replaced and now they are so-so. One fault is that they don’t have the biggest selection. Since making their shelving shorter, they lost some product space. Prior to the renovation, it was okay– not super good but not super bad. The renovation completely changed the store and I am glad to say that it is significantly nicer now. One word is that you should stray from using the drive-up. They tend to ignore you.

PICTURECENTERNIGHTMARE. From previous visits I knew the store was disorganized and the people at the front were less than helpful, but I stupidly ignored these facts. I hoped to quickly come into this store to drop off a disposable camera, leave, then come back when my film was ready, but no — that would be wayy too easy for this awful excuse for a Rite Aid. After hearing no word regarding the status of my camera, I visited and was rudely told that they would give me a call when my film was ready. Two weeks after that, I came back to the store to find out that my film had been sitting there… and SURPRISE I had never been called. Not only was the customer service horrible, but my film was marked«UNEXPOSED» when in reality all they did was cut up blank negatives and put them in an envelope probably hoping I’d never come back searching for them. All in all, awful experience that gives me no desire or reason to go back to this specific location, or any Rite Aid location for this reason. I’ll stick to the CVS down the street.

this RITEAID pharmacy(ALLENROAD location) is a true dump. IMPORTANT: the staff at the remaining portion of the store is very helpful, and very friendly… so we still go there for groceries like bread, milk, etc. however, the«core» pharmacy staff is truly awful. they also need an «attitude adjustment». it’s places like this that strongly suggest a NEGATIVESTARSYSTEM rating to be added on . — terrible customer service. — many times, their incompetent staff is not able to setup auto-refills. — when asked for help with OTC medications, they usually say: «go look somewhere in aisle X»… and refuse to help customers. the only thing they may have going for them is their convenient location. i’m already looking for an alternate pharmacy. (i miss my old CVS pharmacy — they know customer service!) one last thing: the one woman on the core pharmacy staff who calls herself a «pharmacist»(the one with the weird accent) should be fired.
