Horrible. Like too many companies in this area, the guy who comes out to quote the work is no where to be found when the work is actually being done. They sent out a very knowledgeable tree guy. Their price was a bit high, but we didn’t mind paying a little extra for all the little extras he explained needed to be done and would be done. Needless to say, we never saw him again. Weeks later two kids with chainsaws and a truck show up. They don’t do a very thorough job and I try to explain what was explained to me by the guy who gave the quote. They tell me he’s wrong on some things and it wasn’t written that way on other things. Very disappointing. I will never use them again.
