Tom is great. He coached me three times a week for about six months before I had to move out of NJ. His training method is perfect for strength training, he makes it challenging in a good way. He was a great fit for me because I need someone to motivate and encourage me to keep working out. He’s also very nice and patient, and I always left the gym happy. I definitely would’ve kept going if it hadn’t been for the move– it will be a challenge finding another trainer like Tom.
