I’ve lived here for over a year now and I’m rather pleased. The manager is efficient and nice, they have a discount for MD Anderson employees. Repairs are done quickly (if you ever need anything fixed), the areas are properly kept. I’d recommend it to anyone! The only thing I don’t like is that the complex is located by the highway and there’s plenty of noise from the street and there’s nowhere to go walking, so you’re kind of locked-​in without a car or if you just want to take a walk.
