Don’t for a second let the exterior and grounds perception prevent you from pulling all the way into the gravel lot, straight up to the trailer and right where you can see the great big welcoming chalkboard menu!!! Bön appetit as they say in BBQ country ;)

I agree! What a nice surprise! Can only give 4 stars because I only got a pulled chicken sandwich. Maybe next time if I get a side I will probably give 5 stars. Friendly service! Great sandwich! I got a second to take home! I have a feeling this will be a regular spot after I kayak at the lake!

I have this place three stars because I’m torn. I LOVE BBQ! There is good and bad here. You can pay with cash or credit. There’s no place to eat. They have entertainment once a week. If you’re willing to sit out in the heat.
The brisket and the pulled pork are awesome!
I could have used a little more on the sandwich, the bun takes over. The sides are obviously store bought. The mac n cheese is stouffers. The baked beans are Bush’s. The potato salad is Sam’s. The green beans have a little bacon taste. The Cole slaw is sweet and juicy with caraway seeds in it, not my style.
The taste of the bbq is so great that I went all out and tried the ribs, half slab for $ 12. They are not baby back. They are very tough. We were there on the hottest day of the year. There is nowhere to eat but inside a plastic covered area at a picnic table. My thinking is that that would be like eating in a greenhouse. It’s definitely no car food.
I won’t go back for the ribs or the sides. I will definitely have to go back for more pulled pork.

Well, that was a pleasant surprise. Stopped after a day at East Fork. The meat was fantastic and they had someone there playing guitar. Fun!

Yum Yum Yum! Great Ribs! I can’t wait until they reopen for the summer! I highly recommend this place, especially on a warm summer night when you don’t want to cook! Grab a half rack of ribs, baked beans and some Mac and cheese!
