Always a great time at the creamery. We look forward to the new flavors and haven’t been disappointed yet. It’s definitely our go to place for a whole family treat!

Moved to downtown Batavia end of August… And have already visited Batavia Creamery multiple times now… a phenomenal array of different flavors of ice cream, containing a solid amount of quality ingredients, and very solid customer service. Not to stereotype… but a very outgoing and friendly staff for being of highschool age. All visits included, all employees appear to care for and appreciate this establishment. Well done.
The lady and I will continue to satisfy our ice cream cravings here, and highly recommend to others. Keep up the good work people!!!

Having visited Batavia Creamery several times over this steamy summer I am ready to up them to 5 stars! Consistently friendly and helpful service and some of the best ice cream the Hubs and I have ever had, anywhere. And I’m an ice cream fiend so I’ve had a lot of ice cream over the years.
They have a huge selection and everything we’ve tried has been great. Nice and creamy, fresh tasting and never any issues with ice crystals. As I mentioned before the «junior» scoop size is what I would consider a normal-​sized scoop. Their prices are also great, especially in comparison to the fancy/​boutique ice cream parlors we’ve visited before and their ice cream is every bit as creamy-​delicious-​wonderful.

Batavia creamery is a delightful little spot in a little shopping plaza on one of the main strips in Batavia. My only complaint was having to pick a flavor out of the many choices, they all sounded amazing. I opted for the caramel corn popcorn flavor. Truthfully I don’t remember the name
But I remember the taste. It was a delicious combo of salty and sweet with a nice chew on pieces of Caramel corn dispersed throughout the ice cream. I’d get it again, it was yummy.

We’ve gotten pretty familiar with this place since moving to the area.
Well over 30 flavors at any given time, locally owned, and the teens generally working behind the counter are super-​friendly and very patient when your child can’t make up their mind and has to try six flavors before finally deciding on her junior scoop.
My personal favorite is their Monkeying Around, which is basically banana and chocolate chip, but it’s hit or miss when we come in if they happen to have that particular flavor that day. (Please just keep it available! It’s WHY I love coming here.) The peanut butter and chocolate is a backup, but the chocolate half is a little darker than I typically prefer. Good nonetheless.
Child seems to go for the more unique flavors — Rootbeer Twister, Cow Tippin or Moon Rocks, usually. But there’s something for everyone here!
Indoor and outdoor seating. They take debit/​credit cards. They also sell cakes and such, but I haven’t tried those… yet. They also sell shave ice, shakes, malts and fountain drinks.
The hotter it gets, the more crowded it gets, but the line goes pretty fast. I’m all for shopping and eating local, so this place is definitely getting the bulk of our ice cream business.

All I have to say is SUPER CANDY FUN TIME!!! HELL TO THE YA!!! This place is Awesomeness in a cone or cup! Kids working here are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the creamery they sell. In a great location very scenic and inexpensive conveniently located next to a Mexican restaurant. Dinner and dessert… But did I mention SUPER CANDY FUN TIME… YUMMMMM

Dear heavens, the Tennessee Toffee!!! Pieces of Heath bar with whiskey sauce… Absolutely superb!

This place reminds me of the ice cream shop in my home town (Marysville, MI), Butler’s Ice Cream. LOTS of flavors and generous scoops. Always busy, always a good sign. Kids behind the counter make it a great buying experience.

What a great place! the ice cream is excellent! The price is even better! We used to go to Oberwies until we found this place! I love the fact you can go in and have new options of flavors at every visit.
The staff is so helpful and friendly. You can sample as much as you want. They explained the shop orders from four different vendors and the flavors change.

Best place in town if you want to go get delicious ice cream my family loves it and they always have a million flavors way better than anything else in Batavia

I love the brownie Sunday!!! It was a good thing I didn’t have lunch today because it was huge!!! The lady working the counter was very nice to me. The ice cream was to die for I had the peanut butter and chocolate and it was so delicious. The choice between two sauces made it so much better. The ice cream tasted so fresh and incredibly better than any big chain ice cream shops!

Hands down best ice cream in the area! We ordered a cake from here for Father’s Day and can’t wait to eat it! The lady working the counter was friendly as well :)

I don’t think there could be a finer ice cream in existence than The Cookie Jar. Cookies n cream ice cream, with M&Ms and cookie dough. Guh. I often want to take that whole tub home with me and just sit on the couch in my underwear, binging on both that and Netflix. But I don’t, because I’m a classy lady. I get a scoop, or two depending on how sassy/​depressed/​normal I feel that day, and I enjoy it.
The kids… KIDS, God I sound old… working there are super friendly and very patient with both me and my husband. Mostly my husband, who waffles between flavours more than the cones of the same name.

The Batavia Creamery is a wonderful place to stop whenever you’re in the mood for something sweet and fun. The staff is always friendly and seem to really enjoy working there. There are a variety of great choices so that no matter how many times you visit, you can always find something new to try. I recommend the Batavia Creamery and appreciate how well they treat their customers.

I have been to the creamery a ton of times during the summer. Their yogurt and ice cream is delicious, and satisfying. I like how they sell Dry Ice, and they sell jugs of ice cream. Great place to bring family with!

Very friendly service. Phenomenal ice cream. And unique flavors! Got my boyfriend birthday cake and play dough. And I had. I think it was called cappuccino crunch. And oatmeal raison cookie! Hope to stop by again soon!

Tons of varieties to choose from nice clean simple small town ice cream place. Civic minded owners are a plus too.

Yummm, they have really good ice cream, with lots of flavor. Have a decent amount of seating inside and outside. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right by the river. Great for date night or family time.
