My husband is a worried dog-dad and this place did nothing to ease his fears. Our regular kennel was booked, so we brought our dog here for Columbus Day weekend. As my tip says, the accommodations were adequate, but bring a bed for your pup. Ours was given a towel on a raised platform.(The site says«cozy bedding» would be provided. Had it not, we would have brought his bed.) Also, the fact that we had to place our dog in the kennel ourselves and remove his collar because, as we were so eloquently informed, she«can’t have them hanging themselves on the fence,» was a bit too much for my husband to handle. We almost canceled our weekend due to his guilt over leaving the dog here. Good grief. Customer service is obviously not the owner’s forte. The place was cheap, but in this case you get what you pay for. We will definitely not be repeat customers.
