I’m amazed that every other review isn’t 5 stars. I come here a little too much and always have a positive experience. Employees are always friendly and the chicken is orgasmic.

Shout out to staff last night for their outstanding service and attitude! A group of us stopped in to eat dinner after attending our daughters cheer conference competition in nearby Batavia HS and when we walked in super excited expressing how much we love their chicken going on and on about the fabulous honey mustard sauce, one of the girls rewarded us with free meal coupons and even gave us a few pans of chicken nuggets to go! Score! Wish all fast food employees were this friendly and passionate about their jobs and company! What a great ending to an awesome competition. Oh by the way, both our Varsity and JV teams took home 1^st Place!!! Chick fil A takes 1^st place for best fast food ever too!

Worst Chick-​fil-​A experience. Grew up in the south and have been to many. This by far is the worst. The one in Oswego is the best one in the area.

Went there and placed a spicy chicken, small fry, small shake order, and was very touched that they offered my meal completely free. I was having a pretty sad day and this was exactly the kind of thing to make me feel better. Thank you so much chick-​fil-​a, you really showed you care about your customers.

Their chicken nuggets are simply to-​die-​for… in terms of chicken nuggets the frosted lemonade is so delicious it’s like a refreshing shake I love the consistency of it! It’s creamy and its just awesome

Love this place!!! Their sauce is what makes their waffles fries and chicken the absolute best and the employees are always happy and nice !

Tired of the continuing downturn in the service and value of this place. Each time the drive thru takes longer and the pasted on smiles of the employees seem to be less than genuine. Today they only filled my sons drink order about ¾ full. He was going to say something, but decided not to. The lids on the drinks were never secured and they spilled in his car almost immediately (I guess if he had complained about the drinks he would have discovered the unattached lids). They have received their obligatory last straw from us, plenty of other selections in the area.

I love this place and what they stand for. The food is great and the atmosphere is welcoming. I love that this is a fast food restaurant with a family feel. I would give them 5 stars but the bathroom was not very clean. I would still come here.

meal wasn’t that fresh, especially at almost $ 10 for a fast food meal

I’m being generous with the two stars. This was a miserable experience. Having never been to one of these restaurants, we weren’t sure what to order, so asked the person behind the counter what they recommended — and were given a look of incredulity — as though they couldn’t imagine someone would have a first visit here! A standard chicken sandwich with waffle fries was the final decision — but as it turns out a bad one.
The bun was stale, the chicken had a taste of some sort of chemical processing, the meat tough and stringy, the topping insipid… bleah. We pitched out the sandwiches and turned to the fries — which were brown. Not crisp, not salty, not tender in the middle — but they were brown! The fried followed the sandwiches into the trash and we headed to Portillo’s.
Not a good meal and won’t return to any of these franchises. Some training for the counter people would be good, too — not pleasant friendly or helpful.

Employees are really nice at every chikfila, it’s no different here. I feel the food is pretty good for people who need an alternative to greasy fast food. The lemonade is great! My favorite sammich is the spicy chicken deluxe. Wish they had better sides as I am not a fan of fries.

The food is good. Keep in mind it’s a fast food restaurant however it’s that exact reason that it’s good. The chicken sandwiches are good and you get your food fast. If you have to wait they always try and make it worth your while. They have given me a free meal voucher for waiting a few minutes for a sandwich. Also if your a soldier or any type of military member they give a big discount off your food if you have your ID.

best waffle. fries! try breakfast here. its awesome.

I’m aware this is a yuppie review but I have to say that the chicken is all that it’s cracked up to be, and the waffle fries are good too.
