Unfortunately, there was no option for negative stars or no stars.
We paid $ 375 in August 2012 and have been waiting 9 weeks for the in-​car portion of the class. My son said that the classroom portion was a lot of sitting around doing nothing. Half the time when I picked him up at night, the kids were sitting in the dark or already waiting outside. Seems like Clermont’s Best offers state minimum education at a premium price.
My husband, my son, and I have made several phone calls asking for a call back to schedule the in-​car instruction. I’m giving them 24 hours then I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and asking for a refund so we can go somewhere else.
Do NOT bring your child here! I would have waited patiently if I had been kept informed or if someone had bothered to return our numerous phone calls. The customer service sucks!
