We have several times taken our computer issues here and have experienced very good service. The issues were always resolved in a competent and professional way. Shawn the owner added a personal touch to the service performed that is many times lacking in the big box stores. We will certainly go back to see him for any future needs.

Giving this«business» ONE star was pushing it. Took my laptop in to have the charging port repaired. Was also told I needed the«proper» charger. After close to $ 200 for repair and new charger the charger lasted approx. 2 weeks. Returned to store and was ordered in another. This one lasted for less than 24 hours. Took both laptop and charger back and was told there was now some form of «arching» in my laptop that had caused a short. Next call and I was told the charger was not adequate power for my laptop and that I would need to purchase another one for $ 60 as he was«too busy to return the bad one and give me a credit». He has now had my laptop for a MONTH!!! He was RUDE, CONDESENDINGANDOUTRIGHTBELIGERENT. NEVER!!! NEVER!!! TAKEYOURBUSINESSTOTHISPERSON! I am also following up with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau!

I totally agree with Curt R. — the guy is a rude, snarky jerk and he treats customers like they’re inferior to him. I took a computer tower to him once nd he managed to erase a lot of files on it. And then when it was brought to his attention he had quite the atittude with us. This guy is a dirtbag and he needs to learn how to deal with customers in a respectful way. Until then I’m avoiding him because I hate dealing with snarky people like him.

In a nut shell tried to get store to store to restore my cpu to original factory settings,(did not have the discs) I like to try to deal local did not want to go to the«Geek Squad» and was dealing with a very nice high school kid, who seemed to know what i was looking to accomplish. Somehow owner got involved — that’s when the review lost 4 of the stars. Rude, Brash, Loud, and Condensing. Resetting a CPU requires nothing but time and installing discs. His initial quote $ 150. I told him how about a real price now that we got that out of the way. Hes rude with me, telling me what a craftsman he is, practically screaming at me. Bottom line, he did it for $ 50, the work was completed as promised so i got what i paid for. But the guy was a complete jerk. maybe a bad day but I don’t think so. WONT be back
