Dry Cleaning Etcetera

NEVER AGAIN.
I stopped by here 3 years ago for one of my husband’s work shirts. It came back with black grease dots on the sleeve. No one was interested in fixing the issue.
I decided to give this place another chance a month ago. (As I’d heard it had undergone new management.) I dropped off another one of my husband’s $ 100 shirts to be drycleaned. I picked it up only to find the same black marks on the sleeve. I asked for the shirt to be re-​cleaned and was told they may not be able to get the stain out, but to pick it up in a few days. A few days later, I went to pickup– same stains. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told one would call me the same day. I’ve had no calls in the past month, and am now out an expensive shirt.
This place gives a discount for paying up-​front. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, OR YOUR CLOTHING.
Disgusted.
