This Grammas pizza pales in comparison to the one in Batavia. The quality of the food is seriously lacking sometimes. It is hit or miss really. The last few times I’ve ordered something here the food was severely burned. I had to stop ordering delivery from this place because my kids won’t eat burnt pizza. I really wish that Batavia would deliver to us, but we still make the drive to Batavia for the better food, I recommend you do the same.

This is the only place that delivers in this area! Most of the workers are rude and always put you on hold before you can even say anything after their speed greeting! Delivery is always about an hour and a half. The best part are the delivery men! They are always friendly!

I love the pizza, the toppings are always very generous and the crust is addicting! The service is OK — not excessively long waits but the staff seem overworked and not very happy. This is best for carry out because the restaurant décor is pretty bleak.

Thus place is terrible. food is always cold… takes an hour and a half or more to get a delivery then it’s cold when you get it… when you call to tell the Manger he does not seem to care… says we can send out another order… but u will have to send that food back… no thank you… I have waited long enough for cold food.. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and ordered a delivery order another time same thing! Will never eat at this place again… Bad food bad service bad managers
