Typically I dread going to a large department store like home improvement stores. Being the son of a contractor I find That I run into more issues dealing with teens who do not understand the products. This rings true for most Home Depots I have visited but not here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I could not go down an aisle without bumping into a representative who politely asked me if they could help me with anything. They were not overbearing just again friendly and helpful. Most stores do not have this level of customer care. Even at the self check out the woman who is there is assist went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
Great Job Batavia Home Depot the other stores should come visit yours to learn how its done.
