Ebb and Flow Yoga

So I was visiting a friend in this part of the State, she wanted to go to this place, even though I have a feeling that between the two of us we would have triple the instructors years of experience… So this being the fourth time I have been in a hot yoga studio, I remembered to bring a little water. The place is very aesthetically pleasing, the room inviting and the music was very nice without being intrusive. The instructor was well paced and didn’t really do anything too hard or out there. It was supposed to be a hour long, but since she didn’t have a time piece, we ended up with a hour and a half with no complaints from any of the dozen patrons… My only beef was that when I went to the bathroom, after I used it, the bowl started to overflow… Oh yeah, the bathrooms seemed very well thought out in design with very cool sinks and well thought out design!!!
