Been here waiting since 8:30 and still no one is here to give my landry. No hours posted on the door and they half folded my things. Finally the employee strolls in about 10:10 on her phone and she is excellent at multitasking because she never broke stride with her conversation and still managed to run my card and give my things. I’ll be back in Neverbruary for some more of this A1 customers service.

People here are very friendly — both the staff and the other customers. Some of the machines have trouble, but the staff is very helpful. You can ask them which ones are most reliable, and if you’re having trouble with one you’ve already put your clothes/coins in, they’ll pay for the machine cost and, if necessary, another round of detergent. If you just want to do clothes as quickly as possible, this may not be the best choice. But if you’re like me and you want the place to be pleasant while you wait on the clothes, this is a great choice.

Decently clean bathrooms. Nice enough inside. Staffed from 10am-8pm. I saw a lady drop off clothes and the staff washed em for her. I’m guessing they fold too? They have an ATM and a change machine inside. And of course like all washaterias the Price is Right is on a constant loop.
