I visited this store because they had a wide selection of Luminox watches. A great product, but low-​end by this store’s standards. Upon entering the store, there were no sales associates to be found. After pausing to look at the watches, I was greeted by a sales associate several minutes later.
He was your typical (snotty) jewelry salesperson who spoke to me in a condescending tone. I usually shop at Adler’s main competitor located across the street, but decided to visit this store because they carried the product I wanted. When I am shopping for a $ 1000 watch, a patronizing salesman isn’t exactly encouraging. I’ll bring my business elsewhere next time.
