I’m not sure which location ADT sent to my house but this company is disappointing to say the least.
My daughter also had ADT and had issues from the start. There is no customer service locally, at least. Only a recorded message and no return call. When she tried to call to get a bill straight, they would never answer or return her call. Finally she just canceled through the main ADT office .
After having the most incompetent installer set up my alarm, he put a hole next to the outlet and promised to return to fix it. I have called and complained several times but still nothing ! I am attaching a picture of his work !
