STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Brought my car here for an oil change service. The guy at DipStix broke my oil cap and did not inform me about it. Several days later, found out that my car has run out of oil and almost shut down completely. Brought my car to get it fix at another place and was informed that the guy at DipStix did not change the rubber and the filter when he did the oil change the first time. I wasted $ 330+ to get my car fix. I came to Dipstix again to talk to the manager and he refused to cover the cost. He said I should’ve brought it to him first. Why would I trust the guy (who broke something and didn’t tell me about it) to handle my car the second time? The manager said he would contact the insurance company to file a claim (doubt it). Two days later, he told me that the insurance has denied the claim. I doubt he even contacted the insurance in the first place though. He lied and still didn’t want to cover the cost. STAY AWAY!!!

Dip Stix is a locally-​owned oil change and state inspection sticker station. I’ve been several times and the service has always been prompt and courteous. The waiting room is nice (with coffee, ample seating and a TV). I highly recommend them for a quick oil change and/​or inspection sticker renewal.
