Absolutely The Best! I had an iPad that hit the concrete floor of a convention center and splintered the screen into a million pieces. I took my iPad to Dot Calm on Mon around noon, and I had a brand new screen within a couple of hours! I could have picked it up sooner(in an hour or so, but I had to work around my workday schedule). The customer service was great, the pricing was excellent, and I was fully operational within no time. I just love these guys! This is my second time using them. I had an issue with a laptop with an crashed operating system that the Geek Squad could not properly restore. I brought my laptop to Dot Calm, and it was fixed overnight. To PERFECTION, people! Don’t go to the Geeks. Go to these guys!

More like Dot Calamity. This is the WORST business I’ve dealt with in my adult life. They’ve had my iPad for 6 weeks. Every time I call for a status update, it’s «probably in the mail now» or «hold on we’ll call you back». I finally had to tell them I want it back on a certain date, fixed or not. Avoid this place at all costs.

Took my iPad to dot calm to repair an issue that had rendered it useless – a dent had appeared near the volume button causing the volume icon to constantly show on the screen. The young lady fixed it before my eyes in about 3 minutes all only a few hours after having her wisdom teeth pulled out. It was quite impressive! Will go back for other iPhone and iPad needs.
