Two shirts came back at the same time with ruined collars. They would not acknowledge a problem. Instead, they blamed it on the shirts! They told me the shirts were old and that’s why they were damaged. Two shirts, different aged, damaged on exactly the same spot of the shirt. They didn’t find that to be one hell of a coincidence and offered nothing in way of responsibility or compensation. They further pointed to another of my shirts and said, see nothing wrong with that one because it’s a newer shirt. It, in fact, was the oldest shirt I own. Comically ridiculous.

They are pretty good cleaners. Not the best in town but the best cleaners within 5 – 8 miles of me.
Much better than Keans and Welsh but they still have their draw backs.
They haven’t lost any clothes of mine but there were a couple shirts that were creased incorrectly which isn’t a deal breaker but is annoying.
I’ll keep using them and I enjoy their service
