They broke our Rayban sunglasses frames while trying to put prescription lenses in them. They refused to replace the frames, refused to refund us for the lenses, and refused to give us the lenses that we paid for. I’m still in shock because we were basically told that the only thing we could do is bring another set of frames for them to put the lenses in. Why would I bring them another set of frames if they already broke a set of Rayban frames?

I loved this place. The glasses selection could be larger but I was still able to find a pair I love. The best part about going here is the staff. They are very personable and not in a rush. Just remember to sign in when you walk in.
