Under new management, they are much better! I use the auto bronzer and they now have 2 machines that are great and seem like they have better customer service.

I received great service from Glo today. The girl who helped me was very friendly and nice. She took her time explaining everything and showed me around the salon. They are getting some great new beds and updating all décor!

I purchased the Groupon for the Autobronzer and was told it is not working, parts are needed, and the girl didn’t know when it would be working. Very disappointing to purchase a voucher I can’t use till who kows when. I was told another spray tan machine is available, for the regular charge, no discount.

I’m so confused about the other reviews from here. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I got here and will definitely be returning! I bought a Groupon for the sunless Autobronzer tanning for a month. When I came in the manager was extremely polite and helped me sign up and get in to their BRANDNEW Versaspa for an extra cost. I was in an out in no time and the tan looks AMAZING. I really enjoyed all the employees here. Everyone was very sweet! By the way, they are doing a lot of upgrading and renovations right now and it looks SONICE. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 is because they are not done with upgrades yet and it is a little messy inside but they are going through an awesome transition it looks like!

Glo Spa Baton Rouge is a very clean and safe tanning facility. I have been a member at Glo Spa Houston for 3 years and my experience with Glo Spa Baton Rouge has been fabulous! Staff has always been very professional and all the equipment in the tanning facility has been very clean. I will recommend Glo Spa Baton Rouge to all my contacts. Looks like they are adding upgrades to the business and I can attest that it will be a First — Class tanning facility.

We are purchasing $ 70,000 dollars of néw equipment and remodeling the store … To address the eye wear situation… it’s a law from the state to make sure that all clients are aware that we must at least make you guys walk in room with some kind of eye protection. .it’s for the safety …

Never in my life have I come across a business that so blatantly takes its customers for granted. I have been using the Autobronzer at this spa for more than six months. I have a month to month to month contract for which I pay almost $ 50 a month. Well, the Autobronzer was broken for an entire week and instead of offering some type of discount or refund for the week that it was not working, I was offered an at home tanning solution that the manager informed me the owner would sell to me at wholesale. I was unable to use the service I had already paid for due to their problems and now they act like they are doing me a favor in offering me more crap tp buy that I would not have needed had their equipment been working. I am done with this spa. They have no idea how to keep their customers happy or show their custmers that they apprecuate their business. In short, I paid in advance for a service that was unavailabe for a week and the only thing I was offered by this owner was that I could buy more of his products at wholesale.
