h.h.gregg liar liar… Purchased a sofa and was told they would haul away old sofa. When delivery got to the house, they said no haul away. I refused the delivery of the new sofa. Thanks h.h.gregg for being a liar and wasting my time and money. So beware if considering hhgregg purchase…

We Intended to purchase a refrigerator and dish washer. Employees would not acknowledge us after several minutes, so we left hhgregg and drove across the parking lot to Sears and made the purchase within 10 minutes. hhgregg was not busy at the time. Only one other customer besides us were in the store.

There was a good deal on a stove. We went to the store to check it out. We were there for ten minutes. No one acknowledged our presence. Six employees stood around at the ‘help/​service desk’ on their phones just too busy to help. So no, we will spend Our money elsewhere.

As other reviewers have elegantly stated, this is one strange store! Went there for the first time in December with my dad and the atmosphere is horrid! The employees treated us like we were ghosts. No one greeted us or anything. Some of the male employees were more focused on my Union Jack high heels than assisting my dad. We walked pass the stereos and whoever they had on there speaking was extremely racist! It was making me uncomfortable that I didn’t want to go back! The second time we went here, was yesterday. We were treated like criminals! They had nothing for us to steal, then again, someone might carry a stove and a few refrigerators on their back as they don’t pay attention! I have noticed that they tend to stick together like they had their own clique and picking who ‘they’ want to accommodate! It also seems like there was lack of supervision or something! I mean no one helped us! I have their C.S. contacting me but there is no way I’m going back to that store unless they get rid of those employees. Gregg needs a new mansion as this one is struggling. I’m sorry, do not want!

Such a strange store. I was really excitied to go here. Thought it would be on par with best buy, at least. The employees must be on commission. They have that «bird of prey» look, perched together and ready to pounce. Makes me feel uneasy.
The store is open and has a sparse feel. I have been here twice and I just get this empty feeling. I always see great deals in advertisements but it just gets lost when you walk through the doors. Dunno what else to say except it always feels strange.
