The paperbacks are only 50 cents. They have tons of books and they are well organized. Shoes, scarfs and clothing all over the store. There is a separate entrance to the vintage shop. Lots of nice items in the vintage shop. They have discounts every day of the week. I got a beautiful silk and velvet scarf for 1.50 give them a shot, they offer a huge variety.

Absolutely terrible. I was just followed around the store while a man took a ladder and adjusted the video cameras. You are better off going to the GoodWill located next door!

Easily one of my favorite places to go to in BR for thrifting. Like one of the reviewers said it is not the most organized but I have a different perspective on how that influences my experience. To me, a really organized thrift store will never be a good thrift store. Anytime that I go into a really organized thrift store the prices are to high and they don’t put out a whole lot of products. They fine tooth comb through the donations and pick only the stuff they think will net a high price sale. This practice makes thrifting completely suck! If you want an example of how horrible it is then I suggest going to the Goodwills in Prairieville, Denam Springs, etc. Now that that is out of the way… Here Today Gone Tomorrow has an awesome staff with really varied items and a large inventory. They really got a lot of stuff for sale when you go in. They are constantly walking about the store and you start to see how much effort goes into everything. They normally have three to five guys moving stuff around, helping customers get stuff to their car and so on, and there is usually a couple of nice ladies working inside around the clothes, etc keeping things orderly and pricing things. You really do get a better understanding of how great the place is when you get to the cash register. You will not see the same pricing at Goodwill. I go to this place all the time and everyone is friendly and I always find something to buy. If you happen to notice their mascot — the fat gray cat — by all means go ahead and give him a pet! He likes it and is very friendly.

Here Today, Gone Tomorrow is a local thrift store. I can’t say it’s my favorite place for thrifting in BR but it’s definitely worth a look-see from time to time. The pros: they have an excellent vintage section of board games, books(I’ve found some really rare first editions here) and home décor and they have some of the lowest thrift store prices in town. The cons: it’s not the cleanest or best organized.
