I just finished a really disappointing lunch at this location. First when we came in there were no employees to be seen or heard. My husband had to call out several times before someone ambled out from the back to take our order. I ordered a teriyaki bowl only to be told they were out of rice. They were also out of ketchup packets. My curly fries came out in a solid mass that the clerk had to break up a I still had to pull a bunch of them apart. I wonder if this was caused from thawing and refreezing. During our meal two(!) Employees got into a very loud animated discussion. Later they retreated to the back. Last but not least the ladies restroom. There was no toilet paper in the holder, just an almost empty roll on the floor. The seat cover dispenser was empty. The automatic paper towel dispenser was jammed. I would have notified someone, but there were no employees in sight and I didn’t want to yell. As you might guess, I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The service, food, cleanliness, and convince all were exceptional. We are a military family moving from Florida to Nevada. We had a very large order with a minimal discrepancies. The manager brandon was exceptional in getting our order in and out. I love jack in the box and I think this location shows the true quality of the chain. Thank you.

Came in at 7:35pm on a Wednesday evening. There was no customers here but me. The lady who took my order barely made sure contact with me. She acted like I was keeping her from duties such as cleaning or something, rather than a customer spending money with them. They didn’t get my order right but instead of dealing with their attitude I just let it go. To top it off, the tray they put my food on was warped and I accidently bumped it which knocked over my full medium drink, spilling all over the table and floor. I felt horrible and tried to clean up the spill after alerting them. The lady cleaning it up have me dirty looks and made me feel bad for the accident caused by their warped tray. Thankfully I am not a local person and will never have to deal with this place again.

Good service here. They say have a blessed day, yes mam and thank you. Would have given 4* but I got jipped a lil on my coffee… definitely could have been filled higher. The waffle breakfast sandwich was awesome but I probably won’t eat for the rest of the day… feeling super guilty.

I gave up on this JnB a while back b/c they were so slow. AND the drive thru menu had different prices(lower) than what they charged. I brought it to their attention and they didn’t care. The drive thru menu is new since last time and appears accurate. I was the only one in line so the food came out fairly quick. I shouldn’t be eating at these nasty places…
