Laptops Express

Got a call saying my laptop was repaired around 1:30 and to come pick it up. Upon arriving at the shop at 2:30 in the afternoon and realizing nobody was there, I called the owner and he tells me he will have somebody to assist within 15 minutes, and he will be back in an hour. This is the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday, mind you.
Ultimately, nobody comes back to the store until nearly 5 oclock (2.5 hours later, over 1.5 hours after his «estimate», and upon asking what the deal was/​why the long wait, the owner continually speaks over me/​is very disrespectful, not apologizing for the excessive wait/​poor communicating, and refusing to even consider a slight discount due to the inconvenience.
I’m not the kind of person to ask for a discount or expect free services, but the complete lack of customer service shown here was very off putting.
If you value your time and want to do business with good/​honest people, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I bought a refurbished laptop here with a new solid state drive and its so fast! I’m happy I found this place. Good service and fast turnaround. Would highly recommend.
