I ordered a part online over the weekend(Saturday) and had a couple of questions that needed to be answered over the phone. I called them up on Monday and they were very helpful. Excited about receiving the part, I called them again on Tuesday to see if I could bump up the shipping speed. Again, they were very helpful to let me know it would be arriving on the Thursday of that same week. I checked the tracking number later on that day and saw that it hadn’t updated. I didn’t want to call again because I didn’t want to keep bothering them. Wednesday came around and still no update. Apologetically, I called them again on Wednesday asking about he tracking number and again, they were very helpful with no signs of being annoyed. After a short hold, the gentleman on the phone gave me the tracking number. I’m glad I called on that day, because when I checked the tracking, it was out for delivery(a day before the projected date)! My assumption on the lack of the tracking number is that in the system, it was marked as UPS, but the shipping company used by Edelbrock was different. Therefore, it did not update. I would definitely order from these guys again. Thanks!

Do not buy from someone who does not stand behind their product. I bought an item from them which they claimed had warranty on their ebay listing, and the part was defective and they want me to buy another one from them. Do yourself a favor, read the feedbacks and spend your money somewhere else. These people are only in it for the money and not their name. Best of luck

DONOTBUYFROMTHISCOMPANY/WEBSITE! I ordered a car part from this website and got an email saying my order was completed. Almost 2 weeks later still no order in the mail. Finally I get an email saying my order was backordered! Two weeks later and they tell me! They don’t give out tracking numbers so there was no way I could tell where it was at. I replied to the email in a professional manner saying that I was so disappointed that I waited so long and that no one ever notified me that it was backordered. Now I have to wait triple the time for my order. What upsets me the most is that they didn’t even offer their apologies or sympathy and after my long email reply to them, they replied«awesome, we’ll get that canceled for you, thanks again!» How rude is that! They obviously don’t care for their customers at all. They think its a joke. I will never order from them again!
