So we were given another delivery time, since the bed did not arrive when scheduled on Thursday. Jacob was the manager that day, and he gave his earnest promise that it would come Saturday night, 6:00 — 9:00. We delayed making dinner, but after 9:00, we turned off the porch light and began cooking. What a waste of our time — the careful shopping, the hours stuck at home waiting for the delivery, and now having to cancel the order and begin the process all over again at another company. This has been a really, really bad experience.

Denitria was awesome!!! She was very helpful and assisted us through the whole step of the process. I was dreading buying a mattress, but she made it so easy! She worked with our needs and I was very impressed with the selection and add ons that mattress firm offers. Delivery, haul off, I am so glad I came here!

Very pleased with my purchase. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have great promotions after Christmas to get ready for the new year. Bought a mattress with a good discount and also received 2 pillows, sheet and duvet set for free. It was actually really nice and we didn’t have to go out and buy anything which is pretty cool.
