This place disappoints. I came in with great brand clothes, in great condition, and they weren’t outdated. The man(who has a stick up his a**hole) did not select one thing– basically saying none of my clothes were suitable. Meanwhile, this store is filled with out-of-date jewelry, shoes, and subpar clothing. The guy thinks he’s Karl Lagerfeld himself, and was so rude. When does it pay to be rude towards your customers? Never coming back and making sure all my friends know about my experience.

The staff is so rude. Particularly the man that owns it I believe. Would never step foot in that place again. Garbage.

Very disappointed when i left the xchange to sell my clothes… on their website it says they are currently seeking the latest cute styles apparently this is not true i visit the store once before and found only one cute skirt in my size which is a 16 looking over the selections in the other sizes i thought this place is over priced and dont have cute clothes at all there is a vintage area in the back of the store thats not vintage at all but i did see an oldddd Tommy Hilfiger leather bag with an dingy ripped strap i was like wow ok! So i took what i had to style encore on airline hwy and also shopped there it was great and i will be back great prices ladies skip metra xchange and shop sell or trade at style encore…

I have taken in very nice, quality brand clothes several times, and mostly they have been declined – however, I see similar or worse clothes on their racks. I don’t get their selection process at all. They also come off as very disinterested, bordering on rude. The employees/owners act as if they are a «high end boutique” – You are dealing w/Used Clothes people… You are a thrift store.

It’s pretty hard to sell your clothes here. I walked in with a bunch of stuff that I bought from Gap, Forever and seven for mankind and I couldn’t sell a single thing! Apparently they were all out of style. They were offering me $ 5 for a pair of coach shoes because they said on the internet they sell for $ 14! I haven’t looked yet, but I plan to try eBay. Hope to have better luck there.

Smelly, dingy store. Poor quality and selection with HIGH prices. Rude employees and disinterested owner. Don’t waste your time OR your money. Head to Goodwill.

To begin with, the store reeks of febreeze and looks very dingy. They said a top brand for them was Polo. I went in there with lots of my husbands old clothing. Denied! They make you fill out a form with your drivers license number on it. I found that to be somewhat personal and unnecessary. The employees weren’t friendly at all. I thought I’d give them a chance and maybe score a couple dollars for old clothes, but I’d rather give them to Goodwill. They will gladly accept my clothing and sell it at a reasonable price to someone who deserves it.

Meta Exchange is a re-sale/consignment/clothing thrift store which specializes in «new styles, hip clothing, better brand names, designer clothing, basics, and accessories in excellent condition.» I’ve visited several times and always left with great bargains! They have clothing for men and women, shoes and accessories. The store is very clean and well-organized. Dressing rooms are spacious and private. Follow their Facebook page for updates on sales. I try to go in when they have 50% of sales to really wrack up. But, honestly, they have deals all the time. Check out my blog post about Meta Exchange here:
